The following observations are the driving factors in establishing a TRCC GEO program:
- Currently, 50% of all Chamber members are located outside the City of Toledo, with each GEO area having its own unique area-specific issues and concerns.
- The Chamber recognizes the need for ease of access to Chamber programming and essential networking amongst professionals within specific geographic areas.
- Convenience, proximity, and driving distance are a deterrent to attendance and participation.
- A key to keeping the Chamber current and responsive to the needs of its members is accessibility.
